Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale (POS) system.
- Stock shelves and display areas, ensuring products are organized, priced, and visually appealing.
- Organize the sales floor and stockroom to maintain a clean and safe shopping environment.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Assist in inventory management and stock audits as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
