Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers with a smile, answering questions and providing product recommendations to enhance their shopping journey.
- Store Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor by following merchandising standards and restocking inventory as needed.
- Cash Handling: Process sales transactions accurately at the register, ensuring proper cash handling procedures and reconciliation.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with management and team members to achieve daily sales goals and store objectives.
- Visual Merchandising: Help ensure displays are current and attractive to drive customer interest.
- Feedback Loop: Communicate customer feedback and product concerns to the management team to help improve our service and offerings.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required; training is provided.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and evenings.
- Age: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to interact positively with a diverse clientele.
