Responsibilities
- Greet and Assist: Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers warmly and assisting them with their shopping needs.
- Store Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment according to company standards.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, restock merchandise, and process incoming deliveries efficiently.
- Cash Handling: Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately, handle cash, and process returns or exchanges.
- Visual Merchandising: Help with window displays and in-store presentations to attract customers and reflect brand image.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow team members to ensure store goals are met during peak hours.
- Customer Feedback: Address customer inquiries and feedback professionally to ensure high satisfaction levels.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift boxes (up to 25 lbs), and move around the sales floor.
- Attitude: A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help customers succeed.
- Technology: Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new POS systems quickly.
