- Manage inventory control including receiving, stock checks, and loss prevention
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals
- Support floor coverage during peak hours including weekends and holidays
- Uphold brand standards in presentation, cleanliness, and customer interactions
Qualifications
- 1+ years of luxury or boutique retail experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong visual merchandising and product knowledge abilities
- Proficiency with POS systems and inventory management software
- Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
