Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm, professional greeting to every customer entering the store to create an inviting atmosphere.
- Product Assistance: Offer knowledgeable advice on products, demonstrating features and benefits to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
- Operational Excellence: Accurately process sales transactions at the Point of Sale (POS) system and handle returns or exchanges efficiently.
- Visual Merchandising: Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing store layout by stocking shelves and arranging displays according to company standards.
- Customer Support: Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly, resolving issues to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, report shortages, and participate in periodic inventory counts to ensure product availability.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus, but we are willing to train enthusiastic candidates.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage with a diverse customer base.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, walk the sales floor frequently, and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Technology: Basic computer literacy and comfort using touchscreen POS systems.
