Responsibilities

- Operate POS systems efficiently to process transactions and handle cash
- Manage inventory, stock displays, and maintain visual merchandising standards
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and operational goals
- Assist with store cleanliness, organization, and loss prevention measures
- Participate in product training and stay updated on new arrivals
- Support opening/closing procedures including cash handling and store security
Qualifications
- Previous retail experience preferred but not required - we train!
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Must be 18+ years old to operate POS systems
