Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet customers warmly, assist with product inquiries, and provide personalized recommendations to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Operations: Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately, process transactions, and handle returns or exchanges efficiently.
- Store Maintenance: Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and visually appealing by restocking shelves, folding merchandise, and ensuring product displays are up-to-date.
- Inventory Management: Assist with inventory counts, stock arrivals, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure store goals are met and operational standards are upheld.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required; we value attitude and reliability over tenure.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with diverse customers.
- Reliability: Punctual and dependable attendance is essential for this role.
- Physical Ability: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and perform repetitive tasks as needed.
