- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently during peak hours.
- Assist in maintaining product displays, organizing shelves, and executing visual merchandising standards.
- Process returns and exchanges while adhering to company policies.
- Collaborate with the front-of-house team to manage store traffic and ensure a smooth workflow.
- Keep the sales floor clean, safe, and organized at all times.
Qualifications
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory counts.
- High school diploma or GED preferred (but not required).
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Reliable transportation is a plus.
