Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor upon arrival.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the register using POS systems.
- Stock shelves, organize inventory, and ensure the sales floor is clean and inviting.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and courteously.
- Collaborate with the morning shift team to ensure a seamless daily transition.
- Monitor store security and safety standards at all times.
- Perform basic data entry and maintain accurate cash drawer counts.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 6-8 hours).
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling.
- Reliable transportation is required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
