Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers warmly upon entry, ensuring a welcoming store environment.
- Provide product recommendations and detailed information to help customers make informed decisions.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently to process sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and stocked to maintain a professional appearance.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment as needed.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally to ensure high satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse groups.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Familiarity with basic computer applications and POS systems.
