Job Overview:
As a Retail Associate, you will be the face of our brand. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining store standards, and driving sales in a welcoming atmosphere.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a smile, ensuring a welcoming and positive shopping experience.
- Process transactions accurately at the point of sale (POS) system.
- Restock shelves, organize merchandise displays, and ensure the store is clean and inviting.
- Assist in inventory management and report stock discrepancies.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily sales targets.
- Operate standard office and retail equipment (computers, scanners, etc.).
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Availability to work evenings (4:00 PM - 10:00 PM) and weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Previous customer service or retail experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to medium boxes.
- Basic computer proficiency.
