Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting, and recommending products to customers.
- Stock shelves, organize merchandise displays, and ensure the sales floor is clean and inviting.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and handle cash and electronic transactions.
- Assist with inventory management and stockroom organization.
- Support store events and community initiatives to engage with local Denver customers.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain store standards.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Denver location.
- Passion for outdoor activities and the ability to learn about our products.
