Responsibilities
Provide a welcoming and personalized shopping experience for every customer that walks through our doors.Assist with merchandise presentation, including folding, organizing, and styling displays to maximize visual impact.Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently to process sales, returns, and exchanges.Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment and receiving shipments.Build lasting relationships with customers through friendly engagement and loyalty program sign-ups.Maintain a pristine and organized sales floor and fitting rooms at all times.
Qualifications
Previous experience in retail, fashion, or customer service is preferred but not required for enthusiastic candidates.Strong interpersonal communication skills with the ability to connect with a diverse clientele.Ability to stand and move around the sales floor for extended periods (approx. 4-6 hours).Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and major holidays.Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transactions.Proficiency with smartphones and digital tools is a plus.
