Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized customer service through style consultations and product knowledge
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash accountability
- Execute visual merchandising standards including restocking, displays, and inventory counts
- Contribute to a positive team environment through collaborative floor coverage and support
- Uphold brand standards in cleanliness, safety, and operational excellence
- Actively participate in sales initiatives to meet/exceed daily targets
- Assist in receiving, processing, and organizing new inventory shipments
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport quickly
- Basic math proficiency and comfort with POS technology
- Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
- Passion for fashion and current retail trends
- Reliable transportation to Mesa location
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (4-6 hour shifts)
