Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge, styling advice, and sales techniques
- Operate POS systems, process transactions, and maintain accurate cash handling
- Execute visual merchandising standards including stock rotation, displays, and inventory management
- Uphold store cleanliness, safety protocols, and loss prevention procedures
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals
- Process shipments, organize stockrooms, and participate in inventory counts
- Actively identify upselling opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication skills with ability to engage diverse clientele
- Basic math proficiency and comfort with POS technology
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
