Responsibilities
- Greet and Assist: Welcome customers warmly and provide knowledgeable assistance to help them find exactly what they need.
- Store Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor according to company standards.
- Stock Management: Receive, unpack, and merchandise stock efficiently while monitoring inventory levels.
- Point of Sale: Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system.
- Customer Engagement: Upsell products and suggest add-ons to enhance the customer experience.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and move around the sales floor.
