Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash drawer integrity
- Merchandise and visually arrange products to maximize sales appeal and brand standards
- Assist with inventory management including stock counts and receiving shipments
- Collaborate with team members to maintain clean, organized sales floor and fitting rooms
- Support loss prevention efforts by monitoring for suspicious activity and securing merchandise
- Participate in seasonal promotions and visual merchandising campaigns
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; retail experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Basic math proficiency and comfort handling cash/POS systems
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly preferred
