Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge, assistance, and personalized recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash drawer integrity
- Execute visual merchandising tasks including stock displays, signage updates, and inventory management
- Assist with receiving, stocking, and organizing merchandise to maintain store standards
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and operational efficiency
- Uphold store cleanliness and safety protocols at all times
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions for professional development
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic math proficiency and comfort handling cash/transactions
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent (currently enrolled students welcome)
- Reliable transportation to Mesa location
