Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized product recommendations and styling advice
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and maintain cash drawer accountability
- Execute visual merchandising standards including floor sets, window displays, and inventory organization
- Actively drive sales through product knowledge, upselling techniques, and client relationship building
- Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking merchandise while maintaining inventory accuracy
- Contribute to store cleanliness and operational excellence during all shifts
- Participate in team huddles and training sessions to enhance product knowledge
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills with a passion for fashion and style trends
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and inventory tasks
- Positive attitude and collaborative team player mindset
- Reliable transportation to Beverly Boulevard location
- Must be available for immediate start
- Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 25 lbs
