Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor to ensure a welcoming shopping environment.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Restock shelves and display merchandise to maintain visual standards and product availability.
- Organize the sales floor and backroom to ensure a safe and orderly workspace.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and operational targets.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand and move around the sales floor for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
