Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional attitude upon entering the store.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently to process sales and returns.
- Keep the sales floor, fitting rooms, and checkout areas organized, clean, and fully stocked.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with receiving and stocking new merchandise.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding products, services, and store policies.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is preferred.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Basic math skills are necessary for accurate cash handling and inventory management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation and a flexible schedule availability (including weekends and holidays).
