Responsibilities
- Greet every customer with a friendly smile and offer personalized assistance.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor according to company standards.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
- Assist with inventory counts, stock replenishment, and merchandising displays.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding product availability, pricing, and store policies.
- Support special events and promotional activities within the store.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills and a positive, outgoing attitude.
- Ability to stand and move around the store for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
