- Resolve Issues: Troubleshoot technical problems and resolve billing inquiries to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Update Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information within our CRM systems.
- Collaborate: Work closely with the wider team to resolve complex issues and share best practices.
- Adhere to Guidelines: Follow company protocols regarding call handling, data privacy, and security.
- Self-Paced Training: Complete the provided training modules on company products and services.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
- Experience: Previous customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory for immediate hires.
- Technical Skills: Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) as per the roster.
