Responsibilities

  • Greet patients warmly and professionally upon arrival, managing the check-in and check-out process efficiently.
  • Answer and screen incoming phone calls with a polite and helpful demeanor, directing inquiries to the appropriate staff members.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
