Responsibilities
- Manage professional reception area including greeting visitors, answering multi-line phones, and directing inquiries
- Coordinate executive calendar management, meeting scheduling, and room reservations
- Handle incoming/outgoing mail, deliveries, and courier services with meticulous attention
- Assist with administrative tasks including document preparation, filing, and data entry
- Maintain office supply inventory and coordinate vendor relationships
- Support event coordination for client meetings and firm functions
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years receptionist or administrative support experience
- Exceptional verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software
