Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain critical data in company databases and systems
- Perform data verification and quality control checks to ensure 99.9% accuracy
- Process high-volume transactions during overnight hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Generate daily reports and analytics for management review
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data discrepancies
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive client information
- Adhere to HIPAA and industry-specific compliance protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of data entry or clerical experience
- Proficient typing speed of 60+ WPM with 98% accuracy
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts with minimal supervision
