Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet and direct visitors with a professional and welcoming demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Communication Hub: Answer, screen, and transfer incoming calls with accuracy, professionalism, and courtesy.
- Administrative Support: Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, stamping, and distributing packages efficiently.
- Scheduling Coordination: Coordinate appointments and maintain the company calendar to ensure smooth operations.
- Office Maintenance: Monitor office supply levels and order necessary replenishments to keep the workspace organized.
- Data Entry: Maintain accurate records of visitors and incoming correspondence in our CRM system.
- Event Assistance: Assist with logistics for internal meetings and client events as needed.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of professional receptionist or front desk experience required.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability: Ability to work a consistent part-time schedule, typically 20-25 hours per week.
