- Maintain accurate visitor logs and issue access badges per security protocols
- Handle incoming/outgoing mail and package deliveries with precision
- Assist with basic clerical tasks including photocopying, scanning, and filing
- Support office management with supply inventory and equipment maintenance
- Collaborate with property management team on facility operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year receptionist or customer service experience in professional setting
- Exceptional phone etiquette and multi-line phone system proficiency
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
