Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system with exceptional call handling and message routing
- Greet patients and visitors with warm professionalism while verifying insurance credentials
- Maintain immaculate front desk area and waiting space with attention to detail
- Coordinate appointment scheduling using advanced EHR systems with zero errors
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and manage office supply inventory
- Assist with clerical tasks including data entry and document management
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year receptionist or customer service experience in healthcare preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and EHR systems (Epic knowledge a plus)
- Exceptional communication skills with polished phone etiquette
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments with calm demeanor
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree desirable
- Flexibility to work evenings/weekends as needed (20-25 hours/week)
- Background check and HIPAA certification required
