- Process payments, verify insurance, and handle financial transactions
- Assist with office administration tasks (filing, copying, supply management)
- Support patient education initiatives and community outreach programs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred
- 1+ years of customer service or reception experience
- Proficiency with medical scheduling software (e.g., Epic, Athenahealth) and MS Office
