Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations including patient check-in/out, appointment scheduling, and phone triage
- Maintain accurate patient records and confidential information in compliance with HIPAA
- Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure seamless patient flow and wait time management
- Process payments, verify insurance, and handle administrative paperwork
- Assist with office inventory management and supply ordering
- Perform light clerical duties including filing, data entry, and correspondence

Qualifications
