Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet and welcome all visitors with a warm, professional demeanor and ensure they are directed to the appropriate personnel.
- Phone Operations: Answer incoming calls professionally, screen and route them efficiently, and take accurate messages when necessary.
- Communication: Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages, and distribute them to the correct departments.
- Administrative Support: Assist with basic data entry, filing, and maintaining the company’s contact database.
- Meeting Coordination: Manage meeting room schedules, prepare materials, and coordinate refreshments as needed.
- Customer Service: Address client inquiries via email or in person with patience and accuracy.
- General Support: Perform other ad-hoc administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the office.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous receptionist or front desk experience is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment.
