- Coordinate visitor check-in procedures including badge issuance and escort coordination
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems with strict confidentiality standards
- Support administrative staff with document preparation, scheduling, and data entry
- Implement office supply inventory management and vendor coordination
- Assist with event preparation and client reception duties as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year receptionist or customer service experience in professional setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and scheduling software
