Responsibilities
- Accurately input and verify high-volume transactional data into proprietary systems
- Maintain data integrity through regular audits and quality control protocols
- Process customer orders, inventory updates, and financial records
- Generate daily/weekly performance reports using Excel and SQL tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data discrepancies
- Adhere to HIPAA and GDPR compliance standards for sensitive information
- Train on proprietary software and process improvements
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional data entry experience with 10,000+ keystrokes per minute
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail with 99.5% accuracy in data verification
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Basic knowledge of database management systems (SQL preferred)
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- US work authorization and clean background check
