Responsibilities

- Process incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries accurately
- Maintain organized reception area and office supplies inventory
- Assist with basic administrative tasks including document scanning
- Support HR functions onboarding new visitors and contractors
Qualifications

- 1+ years receptionist or customer service experience
