Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system with exceptional call handling and message routing
- Greet and assist clients with professionalism, providing directions and administrative support
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and maintain immaculate common areas
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and manage office supply inventory
- Support basic administrative tasks including data entry and document preparation
- Act as primary liaison between tenants and building management
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year receptionist or customer service experience
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills and phone etiquette
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software
