- Coordinate patient appointments and maintain digital scheduling calendars
- Handle guest check-in/out procedures and manage visitor flow
- Process intake forms and maintain accurate patient records
- Assist with office correspondence and digital filing systems
- Support inventory management for reception supplies
- Collaborate with clinical team to optimize patient experience
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year receptionist or customer service experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software
