- Coordinate multi-line phone system with average 40+ calls daily
- Process insurance verifications and handle basic billing inquiries
- Assist with office supply inventory management and vendor communications
- Support administrative staff with document preparation and filing
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years receptionist or customer service experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and EHR systems (Epic experience a plus)
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills with professional demeanor
- Strong multitasking ability with attention to detail in fast-paced settings
- Basic medical terminology knowledge required
- Flexible availability including evenings/weekends as needed
