Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system with professional call handling
- Greet and assist visitors with warm, courteous service
- Coordinate mail delivery and outgoing shipments
- Maintain reception area cleanliness and organization
- Support scheduling and calendar management for executives
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries
- Assist with basic administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year receptionist or customer service experience
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
