Responsibilities
- Unload, sort, and stock merchandise from delivery trucks to sales floor
- Organize and maintain inventory in stockroom according to planograms
- Collaborate with overnight team to ensure store readiness for daytime operations
- Operate pallet jacks and other material-handling equipment safely
- Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory management tasks
- Provide exceptional customer service during overnight hours
- Adhere to all safety protocols and store cleanliness standards
Qualifications
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Previous retail or stocking experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible schedule with availability nights and weekends
- Basic math skills for inventory tasks
- Must be 18+ years old
