Responsibilities
- Load and Unload Goods: Safely and efficiently load and unload trucks and delivery vehicles using industrial equipment.
- Pick and Pack Orders: Accurately select items for orders and prepare them for shipment to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and stock levels in the warehouse.
- Equipment Operation: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery safely and according to protocols.
- Keep Area Clean: Maintain a safe, organized, and clean workspace in compliance with company safety standards.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage or errors and report discrepancies immediately.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform manual labor for extended periods.
- High School Diploma: A high school diploma or GED is preferred but not always required.
- Reliability: Proven track record of attendance and punctuality.
- Equipment Experience: Experience operating forklifts or other warehouse machinery is a plus.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when handling products and data.
- Background Check: Must pass a background check and drug screen.
