Responsibilities
- Unload and receive incoming merchandise from delivery trucks safely and efficiently.
- Organize and stock merchandise on shelves, racks, and bins according to company standards.
- Perform inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies promptly.
- Rotate stock to ensure FIFO (First-In, First-Out) inventory management.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area at all times.
- Assist in maintaining proper signage and pricing accuracy.
- Operate handheld scanners and basic warehouse equipment as required.
Qualifications
- Ability to work early morning shifts (e.g., 3:00 AM - 12:00 PM).
- Physically capable of lifting heavy items (up to 50 lbs) and standing for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Reliable transportation to the job site.
- Ability to work well within a team and independently.
