Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain accurate stock levels
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with strict adherence to safety protocols
- Inspect and prepare products for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and documentation
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment following OSHA standards
- Collaborate with overnight team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to shift supervisor immediately
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment processes
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn RF scanning systems
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends and holidays
- Valid state-issued ID and ability to pass pre-employment background check
- Must be at least 18 years of age
