Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, scan, and organize incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Pick and pack customer orders with 99.8% accuracy
- Operate electric pallet jacks and material handling equipment safely
- Maintain real-time inventory counts in our WMS system
- Collaborate with overnight team to achieve daily productivity targets
- Uphold OSHA safety standards and 5S workplace organization
- Assist with loading/unloading of trailers during peak hours
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with RF scanners
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Previous warehouse/forklift experience preferred
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Flexibility to work weekends during peak seasons
- Pass background check and drug screening
