Responsibilities
- Accurately sort, scan, and package incoming shipments according to company protocols
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with proper safety certification
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain stock accuracy
- Maintain organized, clutter-free work areas following OSHA guidelines
- Collaborate with day shift teams for seamless operational handovers
- Utilize WMS systems for real-time inventory tracking and order processing
- Adhere to all security procedures for high-value merchandise
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with barcode scanners
- Flexible availability for evenings (6 PM - 2 AM) and weekends
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain training
- Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
