- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Perform regular inventory counts and maintain organized stock rotation in climate-controlled environments
- Safely operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with proper certification
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies and optimize workflow efficiency
- Adhere to strict safety protocols including PPE usage and hazard reporting
- Process inbound shipments and prepare goods for storage using barcode scanning technology
- Support quality control measures to ensure product integrity before dispatch
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred; full training provided
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain company-sponsored certification
- Strong attention to detail with ability to maintain accuracy in fast-paced environments
- Excellent time management skills with ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Physically fit to handle lifting (up to 25kg) and stand for extended periods
- Reliable transportation to late-night shifts in industrial areas
