In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our clients, providing technical troubleshooting, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a seamless customer experience during our peak operational hours.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support and customer service via phone, email, and live chat during night shifts.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues for clients with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Document all customer interactions, resolutions, and technical data accurately in our CRM systems.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure continuity of service and knowledge transfer.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and patience when handling complex technical queries.
- Participate in nightly team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in IT or a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support is highly preferred.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home office space.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during night hours.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to explain complex concepts simply.
- Flexibility to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10 PM – 6 AM).
