Responsibilities
- Execute Night Operations: Perform essential data entry, order processing, and administrative tasks during our peak night hours.
- Provide Customer Support: Assist clients via email and chat during the night shift with professionalism and speed.
- Ensure Data Accuracy: Review and verify all information to maintain high standards of quality before shift handover.
- Manage Shift Workflow: Adhere to strict schedule protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Facilitate Communication: Collaborate effectively with the day shift team to ensure seamless operational continuity.
- Handle Inquiries: Resolve client issues and answer questions regarding services and product availability.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work nights (shifts typically 10 PM - 6 AM).
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic data entry software.
- Internet Access: High-speed internet connection is required for remote candidates.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and strong attendance history.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
