Responsibilities
- Monitor premises via CCTV systems and patrols to prevent security breaches
- Respond to alarms and emergencies following established protocols
- Document incidents and submit detailed daily activity reports
- Provide exceptional customer service to tenants and visitors during night hours
- Operate access control systems and verify visitor credentials
- Collaborate with law enforcement during emergency situations
- Maintain communication with overnight operations team
Qualifications
- Valid Oregon Security License (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years security or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods during shifts
- Strong observational and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer proficiency for report writing
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
