Responsibilities
- Conduct foot patrols of assigned properties during weekend night shifts (Friday-Sunday, 10PM-6AM)
- Monitor surveillance systems and respond to security alerts with precision
- Enforce access control protocols for venues and commercial properties
- Write detailed incident reports and maintain security logs
- Coordinate with local law enforcement during emergency situations
- Provide exceptional customer service to tenants and visitors
Qualifications
- Valid Washington State Guard Card or willingness to obtain immediately
- Minimum 1 year security experience or military/police background
- Ability to stand/walk for 8-hour shifts during overnight hours
- Strong observational skills and conflict de-escalation abilities
- Reliable transportation to Pioneer Square area
- Availability for all weekend shifts (Friday, Saturday, Sunday nights)
- Basic first aid/CPR certification preferred
